The product was given as a gift and the recipients loved it. It’s easy to use and much better than the standard translation dictionary because you can hear the correct pronunciation.

The customer service was also great! We received it in a timely manner and it was exactly as advertised. I am very pleased!!

It was amazing that a non-technical person could enjoy this product right out of the box. Found it easy to follow directions and program everything we needed and set it on the desired foreign language to use on our trip. Would recommend to anyone with a desire to “see the world” and has limited foreign language abilities!
